Terms of Service
by commissioning me, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions.
I, as the Artist:
Maintain the right to turn down any commissions.
Will ask for reference photos, this includes the character reference, scenery, prop, outfit, or any other accessory you want to add.
Will post the commissions on my social media unless explicitly requested not to do so.
Do not consent to any of my works both commission and non commission to be used to train Generative AI.
Will keep you updated if delays occur.
You, as the Client:
Can’t utilize the finished piece for the training of Generative AI, nor anything related or of similar nature.
Can't sell my work. All commissions are for personal use; unless obtained permission for commercial use. (Please keep reading to see commercial fees)
Can print your commission for personal use.
Can edit, crop, and resize the commissioned artwork, as long as credits are given.
Can post the commission to your own website/social media, but should credit or link back to me.
Can ask for a full refund once I haven't gotten past the sketch phase of your commission within the time limit or if I'm unable to complete the commission for any reason. No refunds will be given once the commission has been completed.
Payment
Paypal invoicing, Ko-fi (USD) and BBVA (local clients only, MXN)
I will begin the piece once I receive half or the full payment. Payment plans are fine for artwork over 40$, just let me know in advance so we can discuss it.
Commercial use fees depend on service ranging from $20 USD to $60 USD.
General Process
Send me a direct message in any of my provided socials or an email to discuss your commission details. I respond within 24-48 hours.
Once all details have been clarified and the price is set, I will send you an invoice to the email address provided.
You will receive updates from sketch, lineart, coloring to final stage rendering. Major changes during the sketch phase are free of charge, you may only request minor changes for color/lineart; major changes in the final phase are charged as extra fees.
Delivery
It may take a week to a month for your commission to be done, this depends on workload and availability. Delivery may extend depending on artwork complexity.
If I see that I won’t be able to get your commission done by the established due date, you will be immediately informed about it.
A Google Drive link of the full resolution artwork + transparent png will be provided to you, alternatively I can send it directly to your email.
For payment plans: A watermarked version will be sent as proof of work, once the payment is complete I will provide a high resolution + no watermark version of the commission.
If you have a specific deadline you want the piece completed let me know.
